WilliamsMcCarthy LLP has partnered with AJG for many years by sponsoring various events including Tuesday Evening in the Gardens, a 14-week summertime music series featuring local, regional and touring musicians; and Uncorked in the Gardens, a premier wine tasting event. Funds from these events help to grow and maintain the Gardens and programs that impact individuals, families and the local community.
Construction of Anderson Japanese Gardens began in 1978, when Rockford businessman John Anderson was inspired by a visit to the Portland Japanese Garden in Oregon. Anderson Japanese Gardens is a not-for-profit organization that relies on contributions to help fulfill its mission and keep it an affordable place for its growing number of visitors.
