Patricia Hall Authors Piece for IICLE®

Patricia Hall, an attorney with WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, was recently recognized for her contribution to the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE®). Hall authored two chapters included in the organization’s publication, CIVIL APPEALS: STATE AND FEDERAL 2022 EDITION.

 IICLE® serves as the premier provider of continuing legal education in the State of Illinois and its initiatives have often served as a model for other continuing education providers across the nation. It achieves its mission through the presentation of continuing legal education programs designed by and for Illinois attorneys; the publication of comprehensive practice handbooks designed by and for Illinois attorneys; and the continued development and maintenance of additional legal resources designed to enhance Illinois law practice.

IICLE® relies on the contributions of respected attorneys to create first-rate handbooks and user-friendly practice guidance. The publication, CIVIL APPEALS: STATE AND FEDERAL 2022 EDITION, details the civil appeals procedure from start to finish with discussions on every aspect of the process. Hall’s contributions include chapters dedicated to Interlocutory Appeals of Certified Questions and Costs on Appeal.
