Step into the Sunshine: Prepare for the Corporate Transparency Act

Beginning on January 1, 2024, businesses will need to begin reporting the ownership structures of their state-registered business entities to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”), to comply with the federal Corporate Transparency Act passed by Congress on January 1, 2021.
