Aisha Moe-Lindvall Joins WilliamsMcCarthy LLP

June 6, 2024

The law firm WilliamsMcCarthy LLP announced the recent addition of Associate Aisha S. Moe-Lindvall. Her practice will focus on family law.

Before joining WilliamsMcCarthy LLP, Moe-Lindvall served as an intern in the office of Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Jill Karofsy, where she researched relevant case law, and produced and revised bench memos. She was also selected as a summer associate at WilliamsMcCarthy in May 2023, gaining broad experience and supporting attorneys and cases in the Family Law practice area.

Moe-Lindvall earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin College of Law in May 2024 and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2019. While in law school, Moe-Lindvall participated in the Family Court Clinic, where she provided representation in select family law actions to address one of the most pressing needs of our court system: unrepresented family law litigants.

“After getting to know her as a summer associate at WilliamsMcCarthy, it is a pleasure to welcome Aisha as an associate,” said Troy Haggestad, president of the firm. “Her ability to advocate for clients and passion for the delicate complexities of family law matters make her a powerful addition to our Family Law team. We look forward to her continued growth and contributions to the clients of WilliamsMcCarthy.”

In her spare time, Aisha loves playing chess, baking, and spending time with her husband and nine-month-old daughter.

Aisha Moe-Lindvall is an attorney with WilliamsMcCarthy LLP. She focuses her practice on family law. She can be contacted at amoelindvall@wilmac.com or (815) 987-8959.
